I’m Nicole Dopler, and I am running for State Representative of House District 73 because I believe in fiercely defending the essential resources that our families rely on. With a career in the medical field spanning back 30 years to 1996 and as a mother of five who has personally navigated systems like Medicaid, I know firsthand how vital Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security are to our communities. My experience finding every available resource to help my family thrive gives me the practical perspective needed to govern and protect these life-saving programs. Access to quality healthcare is a fundamental right, and I firmly believe that anyone willing to cut healthcare is not on the side of everyday people—a standard that unites voters across the political aisle.

Throughout my life, I have never backed down from doing what is right, whether that means standing up to hospital systems to protect strict patient privacy or pushing back against corporate interests. Driven by a lifelong protective instinct and a refusal to stay silent in the face of injustice, I will always speak up when I see wrongdoing or someone being taken advantage of. This dedication to advocacy has motivated my years of service on community boards and committees, and it fuels my grassroots campaign today.Â

Rural healthcare is the backbone of our communities, ensuring that distance from a city never dictates a family's access to life-saving care. We must protect our local clinics and hospitals so that working families and seniors never lose vital emergency services, preventative care, and affordable prescriptions.
Lowering Costs
Rising costs on everyday essentials are placing a heavy burden on working families across the 73rd District. I will fight for real financial relief by capping prescription drug prices, stopping corporate price-gouging, and making essential healthcare more affordable. You work hard for your family, and I will fight to ensure you keep more of your hard-earned money in your paycheck.
